Accommodation Booking Terms and Conditions

 

• We do not take Saturday Night only bookings from May to October. We do not book out all 10 rooms for a Saturday Night only at any time of the year.

 

• Deposits of £20.00 per person are required at time of booking to secure reservations

 

• Check in time is from 1pm until 11pm Monday-Saturday, check in time is 3pm until 11pm on Sunday. Check out time is 11am.

 

• Tudor Grange offers free off road parking for guests during their stay

 

• Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 72 hours prior to arrival 20% cost of booking will be charged. Cancellations must be put in writing to the hotel either by email or a letter.

 

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival 100% cost of your booking will be charged. Cancellations must be put in writing to the hotel either by email or a letter.

 

• Damage/Cleaning Policy -  The costs of any damage or extra cleaning incurred during your stay at the Tudor Grange will be charged to the guest. Smoking in rooms will result in a charge of £40.

 

• The Tudor Grange does not accept single sex group bookings. Bookings made for single sex groups will be turned away on arrival at the hotel.

 

• The Tudor Grange is a popular Wedding and Function venue, as such it is guests responsibility to check if any functions are taking place during their stay should they be concerened about any disturbance to them. 

 

• The Tudor Grange Hotel is a dog friendly hotel and has a resident dog at the hotel. If guests have concerns about this please ask the hotel for information. For guests who are bringing their dog to stay at the hotel please notify the hotel at time of booking and when you check in to the hotel please come to reception WITHOUT your dog in the first instance.
